Tech in Your Will

If you would like to support our students and programs after your lifetime, ask your estate planning attorney to add this suggested wording to your will or living trust:

I give, devise, and bequeath the sum of [DOLLAR AMOUNT] to the Georgia Tech Foundation, Inc. (or the Georgia Tech Athletic Association/Alexander-Tharpe Fund), a Georgia charitable corporation, [for the NAME YOU CHOOSE Endowment Fund*] for the support of the Georgia Institute of Technology. If in the future this bequest cannot be usefully applied for the described purpose, I authorize the Board of Trustees of the Georgia Tech Foundation, Inc. (or the Georgia Tech Athletic Association/Alexander-Tharpe Fund) to apply this bequest to such other purposes as it in its discretion may determine to be consistent with my original intent as stated above.
*For deferred gifts of $25,000 or more
